Resonant Soul is a carefully designed one-day immersive retreat built around a clear and powerful sequence:

Nervous system regulation → Clarity & intention → Aligned action

This order matters.

When the nervous system is regulated, your perception changes. You think more clearly. You respond rather than react. Your body feels safer.

From that grounded state, real clarity becomes available. You can see what truly matters, where you are out of alignment, and what is ready to shift.

From clarity, intention forms. Intention gives direction to your energy.

And from intention, aligned action becomes possible — steady, courageous, and sustainable.

What You Will Experience

 

Opening Circle (9:30)

We begin in a grounded and intentional space. You will set a personal intention for the day and arrive fully — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

 

Yoga · Breathwork · Meditation (9:30–11:00)

The morning practice is designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Through energizing yet accessible yoga, calming breathwork, and guided meditation, you will release accumulated tension and restore balance.

Clarity begins in a regulated body.

 

Workshop 1 — OASIS: Nervous System Regulation (11:00–12:00)

In this session, you will explore the five core principles of OASIS method. This is a practical framework for restoring emotional balance and sustainable energy. Rather than coping with stress, you will learn to intentionally shift your internal state and prevent burnout before it happens.

When the nervous system feels safe, you gain access to better thinking and clearer perception.

 

Nourishing Lunch & Forest Bathing (12:00–1:00)

Enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch (included), followed by a spacious time outdoors at Sherwood Farm.

Wander the 70 acres of forest and fields. Walk the trails, experience the quiet medicine of nature, and allow insights to settle.

 

Workshop 2 — Live by the Heart: Clarity & Intention (1:00–2:00)

From a regulated state, we turn toward clarity.

Explore what truly matters to you and move beyond vague goals and external expectations. Through guided exercises, you will articulate a precise, embodied intention — one that reflects your values, desires, and truth.

The gorgeous Georgian home with a meeting room and dining room where you will have your lunch.

The Sunroom is a bright welcoming solarium with many succulents and a view of the property. It's ideal for taking a break, having a cup of tea or chatting with friends.

2000 Sq.Ft. of barn space is perfect for our yoga practice and sound healing session.

The Gazebo with a 360-degree view of the property is great for relaxing, contemplating, or doing quiet activities.

The Great Outdoors – 70 acres including walking paths through the fields and a circle in the forest at the back of the property is ideal for forest bathing.

After spending a day, in this spectacular location, participating in the retreat activities, you will feel rested, recharged, and ready to THRIVE!

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Irina Kazakevic is a certified Yoga (E-RYT 500) and Children's yoga teacher with 15 years of experience.

In 2007, Irina opened the Well-Being Yoga company, where she continues to teach adults and children to integrate yoga practices into everyday life to achieve physical, mental and emotional health. She founded the Yoga Break for Children™ training program and school accredited by the Yoga Alliance (RCYS). She conducts 95 hours of Child Yoga Teacher Training and Certification (RCYT) online and in person. Irina is also the author of "Children's Yoga Cards", sold on Amazon worldwide.

Over the past 15 years, Irina has regularly trained and improved her skills with the best yoga and meditation teachers in the USA, Canada, India and other countries. Irina Kazakevic has a master's degree in pedagogy and has been an elementary school teacher in Canada for 22 years.

Irina currently teaches yoga at her home yoga studio in Mississauga and Salt Room. Irina facilitates Women's Circles and leads Retreats.
